    Do you want to return something? No problem, every thing can be returned within 14 days of receipt of order. Returned goods can not be used, can not bear any signs of wear or damage. To return must be accompanied by VAT invoice and return the completed form, which can be downloaded here. Remember, without a completed form, the procedure can be much longer.

    We reserve the right to reject returns sent after the deadline and articles that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

    We guarantee the return of the entire amount paid for the goods in the same manner in which the purchase was made.

    In case of return or shipment of goods to the exchange, its cost is by customer side.

    In the case of replacement, re-send the goods at our expense.

    Did you get an incomplete order, made a mistake with your order or any of the products ordered is defective?

    Please contact our Customer Service: contact@premieresociety.com, give us the order number and review the situation in case of a damaged product, enter the name of a defective product, review the defect and - if possible - please send us a picture and we will try to solve as soon as possible problem.
